Meet The Team

Florencia qualified in Madrid 2003 (Spain). After gaining practical experience in general dentistry in Spain and Scotland, she returned to university in order to complete a further 3 years formal orthodontic training, qualifying as an orthodontist in 2010. Florencia has worked since then both in Scotland and Spain, she also worked as a lecturer in Orthodontics at Alfonso X University.

Florencia enjoys treating children as well as adults and is patient focused, understanding the importance of creating a friendly and approachable atmosphere. Florencia is registered in the GDC Specialist List in orthodontics; she is a member of the British Orthodontic Society (BOS), British Dental Association (BDA), Spanish Orthodontic Society (SEDO) and World Federation of Orthodontics (WFO). She is also certified as an invisalign provider.

During her spare time you can find her discovering new places, walking her Springer Spaniels, chilling out in a yoga class or deeply focused on a book.

Lisa started working in practice as a trainee dental nurse after her 6th school year. She qualified in 2002 and continued to work in general dental practice until 2006, when she joined our practice then known as Orthoworld. Since then, she has gained her NEBDN Certificate in Radiography and a certificate of competency in impression taking. She loves working in a specialist practice watching our patient's confidence grow throughout treatment and seeing their fantastic results. She has recently progressed to the role of Practice Manager while still assisting Florencia chairside!

In her free time Lisa enjoys catching up with friends and spending time with her family.

Lorraine joined the team in September 2021. Qualifying in 2002 as a dental nurse at Dundee Dental Hospital, she has gone on to study Orthodontic Therapy at UCLAN and gained her diploma in 2009.  She enjoys working between our specialist practice and her hospital post with NHS Fife, so that she can experience all different aspects of orthodontic treatment.

Lorraine enjoys working with adults and children and focuses on making the orthodontic experience a positive and comfortable one.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and out adventuring with her cockapoo!

Jenny is the first person who welcomes you into the practice. She is always up for a chat and a smile at reception. As our receptionist she is in charge of managing the desk, phone calls and essential administrative tasks for the practice. Her job description is very wide but most importantly she looks after all of us.

Jenny in her spare time is a class manager for Jazzercize in NE Fife. Also you could find her walking her dog or doing DIY at home.

Beth qualified in 2020 in general practice before joining Perla’s team in February 2021.

Beth has a passion for dentistry and is keen to build on her existing qualifications and gain experience in Orthodontics.

In her free time, Beth enjoys art, travelling and meeting friends.

Blair qualified in 2017 in general practice and has experience and a keen interest in both Orthodontics and Implantology.

Blair likes to ensure that all patients are made to feel at ease during their visit making her a very approachable addition to our team.

In her free time, you will find Blair up the Sidlaws with her dog or visiting friends and family.
